I devoted myself to freestyle creation after the stage set designer quit. I expressed my love of surfing by first drawing animals, people, and surfing culture. Later, I opened my own workshop: Travel Salon & Tattoo. I have new ideas flowing out of me, inspired by my travels and my hunting lifestyle with the Atayal Tribe. As I watched the Atayal traditional hunting culture slowly disappear, I wanted to find a way to express my experience and feeling of learning to hunt. But, traditionally, women weren’t allowed hunt because it was considered bad luck for women to go hunting in the mountains. To break this troublesome taboo, I portrayed the emotions and delicateness of a woman and found my own way to express the Atayal aesthetic.
