客家藝術家曾文宗,熱衷於水彩、油畫、壁畫等藝術創作,作品以自然風光為主,畫風獨特自成一格。義民祭為客家鄉親的重要祭典,活動包括恭迎義民爺、安座典禮、酬神戲、誦經法會、義民爺遶境、挑擔奉飯、祭祀大典、客家美食等。作品描繪慶典盛況,藉此認識客家的多元美學。
Hakka artist Zeng Wen-zong harbors a deep passion for various art forms, including watercolors, oil paintings, and murals. His work primarily portrays natural landscapes, and his distinctive painting style sets him apart from his contemporaries. The Yimin Festival holds significant importance for the Hakka community. The festivities feature an array of activities—welcoming the Yiminye (martyrs), the consecration ritual, opera performance for the deities, sutra recitation, the Yiminye procession, food offerings, and the grand worship ceremony. The festival also celebrates traditional Hakka cuisines. The artwork depicts the magnificent festivities, providing a glimpse into the multifaceted aesthetics of Hakka culture.
