CHIAO Shih-Tai is a key figure in Taiwan’s abstract art movement. Throughout his life, he pursued “painting dreams” as his core artistic vision. Through rich, luminous colors, his paintings weave together the spirit of Eastern culture and Western painting techniques, inviting viewers to encounter figures resting freely within a river of stars, and to experience the glow of truth, goodness, and beauty.
