此次展出的畫作主題是以工作室中的紙材、布材形象為主,經過摺皺後所轉譯出的語彙,其中並置不同材質進行轉化,意圖製造出一種「戀景」的物證。《停雲 》、《靜雲 》這兩件作品是為了在有限的空間中再現臺灣東部的景緻,亦是對過往生活環境的留戀。畫面下方的砂石質地,是來自臺東加路蘭海岸撿拾的海砂,使拾獲物件參與繪畫之中,讓現實生活與藝術之間的界線得以交融。
The works in this exhibition focus on the textures of paper and fabric in the studio, with folds transforming these materials into a visual language. Different materials are juxtaposed and reconfigured, creating what I call “lingering landscapes.” Lingering Cloud and Silent Cloud aim to evoke the scenery of eastern Taiwan within a limited space, reflecting a nostalgic attachment to past environments. The sandy texture at the base of the paintings comes from sea sand collected along the Jialulan Recreation Area in Taitung, integrating found objects into the work and blurring the boundary between everyday life and art.
